For a CITY Storage of Large size, this place I do think very well of. The Manager, Al, was VERY Helpful, as was all the staff. I try to be respectful to them ( they have a hard job ), and they showed me that respect back. Kept my items in storage over 5 years. The larger units are much more secu ...Morere, and when you move out keep in mind even if your 1 day into the next Month you will have to pay for that Month. Thats what you sign going in. They kept my items save, and were kind and helpful, even when busy. I just closed out my Unit, so Thanks to you ALL! Thanks AL!

Great facility excellent management highly recommended. Good parking, easy access. Yep Po is the best!!!
Lights didn't work. Elevator didn't work. Bathroom out of order. I can't think of any redeeming qualities you this place. Also, staff can be extremely curt. All this for a high price.
I've had significant problems with mailing in my check at this location. The payment is set to generate automatically from my bank to arrive a week early, yet on several occasions they claim not to have received the check and immediately post late charges and end threatening postcards. The sta ...Moreff says they have on-going issues with the post office and failure to deliver the mail and suggest that I protest at the Post Office. I find this hard to believe; I do not have any issues with other bills I handle in the same fashion. I find this a big hassle and feel that this is a technique to pressure me into using the Public Storage auto-payment service. I think they need to work directly with the Post Office if this is truly a problem or with their own staff to ensure that payments are correctly posted on time.
I want to let everyone know what a great employee Millisa has been representing Public Storage on 2099 Placentia Ave. Costa Mesa California. She has so professional and helpful. She works so hard! Please give this lady a raise as she deserves it.
