I been with this storage for years and the issue I been having with them is the elevator not working. My unit is on the 7th floor and I am not able to move my things. The elevator has not been working for three months now and I can't get my things out but still are charging me for the unit.
It took 3-4 months to get the rate I was quoted. Then after 6 months of occupation, the rate was increased $90. Customer service and management is terrible. Do yourself a favor and store your belongings elsewhere.
