I must say that I have never had such a pleasant person help me as I did the other day. I came to my storage unit and found that it was frozen and I couldn't open the door. My son tried to help me but as he was shoveling the manager Rob came to my rescue. Not only did he shovel and help us open ...Moreour unit he made sure that the door was down all the way so if would lock. He went way out of his way for us this past Saturday. He never once got annoyed or angry. It was freezing out and he smiled the whole time. See there are wonderful people and I have to say Rob of A Space Station is one of them. Thank you very much Rob! The RATE INCREASES at this facility have been absolutely ridiculous and without any regard for existing customers. In 15 months my rate went up over 77%. June 2021: $69.71/mo Dec 2021: $77.84/mo Sept 2022: $123.69/mo
