Great service here....very friendly...... Have been renting a storage facility here for about 1.5 years-- service is always consistent. Will go out of their way to get things done for you. Clean, low crime, easy to access (for customers only) --worth the money! Two thumbs up for Trisha and/or J ...Moreeff (think he is still there.....?)

Best storage experience I've ever had. Jeff the manager is great and have had zero issues. It is in a bad area, so need to know that, but no issues going there. Not easy to find a place this clean, good and honest. Much better than any experience at Public Storage TERRIBLE corporate place. This ...Moreis small and friendly.

This business has lost a fabulous manager and assistant. I have been at this facility for almost 7 years (in and out) and have spent over $20K in storage fees. Up until a few months ago, I would give them 5 stars. Jeff, the manager, was a wonderful human being, kind and respectful to customers, ...More easy to work with, and always kept the property clean and safe. Trish his assistant was also a wonderful human being to work with. The new manager, Nestor, is completely the opposite (forgetful, defensive, not helpful with no empathy for people who are in stressful situations of moving, life transitions, etc). We used to be able to use the truck to move in to new units. That has changed too. Nestor needs to develop his communication skills and emotional intelligence.. Last week I walked in to the office. Nestor was smoking ganja from behind the desk- no judgement on ganja, but I do believe it affects his memory , communication and emotional intelligence. The facility is still relatively clean, although the maintenance person who has been there for years, has also abruptly left.

You have arrived at a truly wonderful new way of storage. At first you notice how well maintained and new looking everything is but when you see how incredible management treat you then you know you have something of value. Nestor, the current on-site manager, met me for the first time this ye ...Morear when I needed to expand my rental area to include two additional units. Nestor surprised me when he gave me a senior discount on my rentals. Over the past few months when I am there he is always happy to see me. He waves to me when I drive by the office or chats when he is touring the grounds as I work in the units almost daily. This week I met a man carrying some of his belongings and he said he has rented space for 10 years now (he is also10 years older than I am). Certainly this is likely to be my future too at Pt. Richmond Self Storage. Thank you Nestor!

Welcome to Point Richmond! In transition to a big move down to SoCal, the staff at Point Richmond made my life a breeze. This is the first time I've ever done such a big move and by myself! Nestor is the new manager here and seriously I can't thank him and his staff enough. He went out of his wa ...Morey to ensure that I would have all of my things secure while I arranged the move. Ive been going through a lot recently, and it's refreshing to have such an understanding man hear you out even in the small things. He was genuinely eager to help and he did just by being there and caring about my lame situation. HELLO!?He doesn't get paid for that! But he still cared and that meant a lot, he gave me some beautiful words of wisdom.. also he told me all first time customers get to use the truck which was SUPER! I can't sing this place enough praises. Clean, friendly, compassionate and helpful! Thank you, Nestor!!
