Received excellent service from this location. Todd, who manages the truck rentals, was such an awesome help during the rental process - can not express enough how courteous and service oriented he was. He went out of his way to make sure that we were totally accommodated in terms of timings an ...Mored pricing for the truck rental. The call center for Penske messed up our order but Todd corrected the mixup took care of everything for us and put us at ease. I called numerous other rental locations to understand pricing, flexibility etc - all gave me the same speal / sales pitch. Todd was the most honest and gave us maximum flexibility for our move. It is no wonder my friend had highly recommended him - would highly recommend this location as the place to go for truck rentals.
