These people are very rude; I called to verify the contents of my military move and they said they had it stored there when I reality I was delivered 75% of my house hold items. They did not even know that they shipped it to me in Texas. I was trying to be polite but then they started telling me ...More that I was was wrong...... Really? I was trying to still thank them for any assistance and they hung up on me. Needless to say, my leather couch, snow blower, BBQ and several other items we missing. Very unreliable, unprofessional and rude. I hope that the military stops doing business with these criminals. If your stuff is stored there I hope you have better luck then I did. Oh yeah, when I emailed them with a question they never answered and never called me back as they said they would. Absolute WOSRT company I have had to deal with over the past 21 years of military service. I wish I could give them no stars!

They lost 2 boxes of mines and I never seen them again and the owner was very nasty when I informed him and they never reimbursed me for losing very valuable items and parts of my living room set
