Location is good if you are wanting to get to the trains, literally right across the street. Parking was posted at certain price yet you are charged more when you go to leave. Lot itself is nice, lots of reserved spots on lower level and you drive up to find the open spots you can use. I'd use a ...Moregain simply because of ease of access to the trains.

I booked the parking through the SpotHero app for $14 but when I tried to leave, I was charged for $29, just like what the previous reviewer said. The worst part was that no staff was spotted in the garage or even at the entrance/exit. Never ever will I try to park in this garage again. It is ...More easy to find other valet parking spots nearby at a much cheaper price. No wonder the parking garage was quite empty even in the weekday.

After I posted my review on yelp, I was contacted by the management of this parking lot. They tried hard to investigate my issue of paying twice. After a week of their effort, I was told that I entered the garage at 5:24pm but my Spothero pass allowed parking between 5:30pm and 5:30am. As a ...Moreresult, I was charged $29 and needed to pay an extra $15 for this 6-minute interval since I have paid $14 for the pass. I didn't pay too much attention to the exact time of the clock but probably saw the clock on my car was around 5:30 and went in without thinking of the difference. After their investigation, they offered to refund me the extra charge. This is truly a good customer service should be. I learnt a lesson of great customer service, the power of yelp reviews, the importance of "exact" time and being more careful about it in the future. I highly recommend this parking place now.
