Stacey is as awesome, caring and kind as everyone says she is. So are Vlad and Mike. This company is small, but they are professional, punctual, and I literally have no bad things to say. The delivery and drop off were both on time, and it's competitively priced. Thanks again Stacey!

NY Mobile Storage is a great company. They do what they say they are going to do - reliably. Stacey helped facilitate my move from New York City to Los Angeles - and everything went smoothly - exactly as she said it would. Highly Recommended!!

BEST STORAGE PLACE EVER!!!! As soon as you see this storage place pop up please use it. Stacy is the manager of NY mobile Self Storage and she is one of the most helpful ladies. From day 1 she broke everything down and explained how the storage system there would work. We used their storage for ...More6 months. Not once did we have a bad experience to make us feel like our stuff was not safe. The storage is set up by containers and whenever you need to take something out of storage all you need to do is call stacy and give her a heads up and your stuff will be ready by the next day for you to go grab whatever you need. We had to move in to our new apt by 01 April and usually places are quick to say that it will take forever to have our stuff moved out to try and get us to pay for an additional month. Not NY Self Storage...call about 3 or 4 days in advanced and it was ready to be moved out..How much better can it get? Well... The movers one in specific (Vlad) was super helpful. He saw my fiance had no help whatsoever to move all the stuff inside the apt because all her friends had not arrived yet. What did he do? He helped unpack the containers. He did not have to do that but he sure did. This is an amazing business and i can't see it closing anytime soon because of how professional and amazing the workers are. Thank you Stacy and Vlad. Some things to know: This isn't a space to use for coming and going. Your items are stored in a cube brought to you to load (or to have loaded by the NY Mobile Storage movers--who in my experience did a good job). Once your unit is driven to the storage facility you cannot access it easily and o ...Morenly then during specific daytime hours by arrangement. It seems like a better option for storing things that you don't need access to for awhile or for temporary storage when there's a gap between moving out and moving into an apartment. The price to load the unit was quoted when we called. I guess we should have asked what it cost to have the unit brought to where we would be unloading it two months later. We assumed move in cost the same as move out and were surprised to learn it was more expensive because it was a "busy season". Keep these things in mind and make sure it's right for you. The customer service is top-notch.

Great company! Super reasonably priced. Stacey rolled with my constant shifts in schedule due to shifting closing dates between a sale and purchase. At my move out, someone tried to steal my TV and one of the movers - I think Steve - ran after him and got it back! On the move in, they handle ...Mored my upright piano with ease (as much as possible anyway) and one played "Summertime" for us when everything was done! Plus they got done on the move in under the amount of time budgeted.
