This was by far the best moving company I have ever utilized in New York City and I have had plentyyyyy of moves. It would be a mistake to not ask this company for a quote. The team was as efficient as can possibly be in the rain and moving me down five flights of stairs. Very courteous and extr ...Moreemely considerate of your belongings, always asking questions on how you would prefer items moved or if you would like items broken down. Really good people who care about your moving experience. A member asked me if I wanted a certain large item broken down and I said whatever is easiest for you to move works for me and they stopped and said "these are your belongings what do YOU prefer?" VERY CONSIDERATE... which is rare! Great conversation and great energy, above and beyond what I expected during a time when moving companies are in high demand. It was not an easy move and the politeness was an 11 on a scale of 1-10. I generally don't write reviews but this company deserves the credit for their great service.

Disclaimer: after I wrote this review the owner after lying to me about the company service called me and told me to fuck off... Review: Liars and scammers. Only booked mover so my tv could be taken down from my wall and remounted in the new space. When we were 30 minutes from their arrival ...More time they called to tel me they don't do that and that sometimes their sales team will say anything to confirm a new job. This is literal bullshit. I cancelled the service and went through a different moving company with better business ethics. Mind you, it was the moving team that specifically said to me "sometimes our boss's say what they need to say to confirm a job. We apologize for this." To respond to Micheal's response in the same way I did in my text to him after his "fuck off" phone call; I don't need any luck, I need an ethical business practice. I quite easily found an alternative solution.

Moving and finding a credible moving company is not only hard, but stressful. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. Building my own profile online to stay organized on my itinerary while also seeing and revising the quote was awesome. Michael was so quick to respond to any ...More questions I had and really went above and beyond to make sure communication was prompt. The team was kind, respectful and did great work. Especially during Covid times, they remained distance and followed mask protocol. Highly recommend!

Not only did they give me a wildly unrealistic "quote" that they later claimed was part of an "algorithm" that went wrong (to which they knocked $100 off of), they broke my digital piano stand which I repeatedly told the movers needed to be handled with care. Not only that, but the movers were c ...Moreonsistently removing their masks throughout the move. This business is pathetically amateur, find one that actually knows how to move.

Everyone at NY Minute Movers was excellent to work with. Since our initial contact with them, they were diligent in answering all of our questions, providing us with the best information possible, and was always responsive when we needed them. The movers - Terence, Tony, Josh, and Aaron - were p ...Moreersonable, professional, and very respectful with both us and our belongings. They made sure to ask questions as to what was fragile and what needed to be taken with special care, and made sure not to touch/take anything that was not designated for the move. Just as importantly, they were quick and efficient with the move. What I thought would take us 2 1/2 hrs at least, took us just over 1 hr and 45 min. to do. Overall, I am very impressed with their services, and as someone not originally from New York, felt very trusting of them with my stuff. Affordable, respectable, and efficient across the board!
