I have been a customer for 10+ years. Very disappointed that my unit is perpetually blocked off by bikes; the management of NTT availed no help to facilitate the situation. Have rented a couple of lockers for years. No worries. The prices keep going up but that's life. When I tried to close one the guy was kind of jerky on the phone. "You need to get me the number of the locker." "I left the number of the locker in my message when I was calling you from in fron ...Moret of the locker." "I erased your message." "What's the point of leaving a message if you don't listen to it?" I did listen to your message and that's why I'm calling you." "The number of the locker was in the message." Won't miss this.
