Stay away from this company. They promise you the best service over the phone. Give you a quote and double the quote once your furniture is in the truck. They take your furniture to their warehouse. Stays there for weeks then transferred to their big trucks. By then your boxes are broken and fur ...Moreniture damaged. By the time I received my furniture, some things were missing. You put a claim with a third party because they never reach out to you. Claims are settled with a fraction of the cost of the furniture. Stay away don't use them.

Let me start by stating that the beginning process was a breeze. The sale rep I spoke to was highly professional and informative, but they don't fail to sell you wonders and false information. To sum it all up this company is like fishing once they have you on the hook and you bite they no longe ...Morer care about you or your concerns non the less your items and the move. On the date of pickup the foreman was quick to inform me that my estimated square footage was more then the actual quote. Completely understandable due to the fact that I had more belongings then the actual quote. I called in to get an update on my move and The "Manager Mimi" become extremely aggressive and unprofessional once I expressed the urgency I needed my belongings. She did not let me speak nor express my concerns. "The manager Mimi" was more concerned on defending the company then actually providing the proper professional service. The first sales rep told me that they had moving trucks traveling south bound on a consistent basis. In fact he stated that this route was one of the more popular routes. Granted I understand that my move wasn't the only one that was being loaded, but I am baffled and puzzled towards how unprofessional "The manager Mimi" was. It's been 6 days (4 business days) total and my move hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I was belittled all due to the fact that I wasn't the "highest paying customer" and once I brought up the review to "The manager Mimi" she became even more hostile and threatened me with legal and to post my personal expense on my move when all I stated that was that I was going to write an honest review. I will update this review once I get my belongings and I am going to cross my fingers and pray to God that there isn't any more additional cost once my stuff gets here. Movers beware of "The manager Mimi".

Avoid like the plague. These guys are running an bait and switch scam. The sales guy " William" will bait you into thinking your things will get there quickly. He actually told me my stuff was on a popular route and shouldn't take more than 1 week. The quote you sign at the beginning of this pr ...Moreocess clearly says you will receive your things within 14 days if in the East coast. When the movers pickup up your things and as well upcharge you for taking up more space, they give you a new contract that 21 days for delivery is hand writing into it and in the fine print there's also a 21 days delivery estimate. At the point in which this was handed to me I had no choice but to sign and clearly I was exhausted from the 4 hours of moving things so they can put in their truck. It's been 3 long weeks and I still have not received my things. Avoid at all cost!!!! When you call in everyone is hostile and William will never speak to you again after you sign that contract.

Severely undervalued the cost of the move in the estimate despite the fact that I have provided photos and detailed description of all my stuff. At the time of loading the price have increased by about third of the original estimate. The company's strategy is to mislead the customers with much l ...Moreower moving cost by using unrealistically small cuft values in their estimates. At the pickup time the company charges by actual cuft which were loaded to the truck completely ignoring the quoted volume in the estimates.

Worst move ever. Quoted $4500 by Dave. Dave, everybody's friend. Never heard from him again. wouldn't return calls or email. Once everything was loaded the price doubled. Took about a month to finally receive my stuff. Once there was told that I could NOT put the cost on my credit card (as Dave ...Moretold me I could). The initial $4500 and the $1500 deposit was on my card. They INSIST on CASH or postal MO. This should be a red flag. From MoveRescue.com: "A legitimate carrier will allow you to make payment in any form that was agreed to in the original estimate. Fraudulent entities will require you to pay in cash or by a certified check. The reason is that they do not want you to be able to dispute or cancel the payment once everything is delivered." Once delivery day arrived, by God another $1200 (in postal MO) was due before they would deliver. Every call to try to get delivery info was met with rudeness and distain.
