I made a reservation for this parking garage through SpotHero - a service I have used many times in the past with no problems. Similar problem with SpotHero--the garage refused to honor my pre-paid reservation and claimed it was full. I've never had that happen before at any other garage. Moreover, a customer retrieved his car in front of me, but the attendant still refused to honor the reservation and said it was still ...More full. Very disappointing experience!
