They put things in the garage that should have come into the house and things in the house clearly marked for the garage!! I'm a older widow and they left me in a mess.

I used M.O.M. in 2013 when I moved into my apartment. In general they were okay, however I did have a couple of issues. First, a hole got punched in the top of my end table. They gave me $20 off the price of the move for that. Also, they made no mention that they wanted cash-only until the move ...Morewas over, so I then had to go with them to the bank (in the pouring rain) to withdraw $600+ to pay them. Inconsiderate and inconvenient to say the least. I wouldn't recommend them.

President of the company just stopped by to give me an estimate. I took off work early to accommodate his schedule. Then he called me to let me know he was running late.l while he was suppose to be at my house. He shows up and I'm clearly on the phone finishing a call as he interrupts me whil ...Moree I'm looking at him trying to say goodbye. All this wasn't even an issue as he starts to count every single item in my basement. After 10 minutes I realize this guy is gonna take all day and I politely ask, if there was an hourly rate he could quote me. He said he needed to know how many hours it was going to take and started going off at this point. I explained that I didn't realize it was going too take him 30 min to give me a quote. (House is 1600 sq ft btw) He began schooling me on his triple A rating and Angie's list reviews (which btw is just an advert gimmick). I explain I didn't realize this would take so long and he tells me he's only got this window of time. Meanwhile, all I wanted to hear was his hourly rate so I could understand if I could afford his services. Price isn't everything, and yet I can't say it doesn't matter. Unfortunately, I'll never know if I could afford him. Once he started acting flippant in my home, my ears shut. This could be a great company but I'll never know because he wasn't willing to have a conversation with me about his cost. I guess if he only had a small window of time, maybe he could try to be on time. Believe me, this fella will never see his own fault here. He is clearly set in his ways. So if you're into that "My way or the highway attitude" book with confidence. If not, you might want to check out a few other places.

I recently used Most Outstanding Movers to move from a three story townhouse into a house. I was very satisfied with their services! The owner Don was present on moving day and coordinated the entire move. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings. I was hesitant to hire mover ...Mores especially during COVID but they took the extra precautions needed to keep my family safe. Their rate was lower compared to two other moving companies in the area. I am so glad I hired them and would use this family business again!!

Most Outstanding Movers are definitely outstanding! Not only were Don and his 2 employees Poppy and Billy very courteous, but also hard working and careful with all items moved. All 3 went above and beyond, especially in taking care of my glass table tops and fragile items. Don was extremely ...Morehelpful in answering all my questions and returning all my calls. He offered the best price, with the most outstanding service. They were also very professional in moving and fitting my entire apartment contents into a storage facility. I would highly recommend them and certainly will be using them again
