Metro Storage is the best! The staff is very helpful and professional and helped make my out of State move seamless! The facility in Springfield is brand new and so clean. Also, Sandra the manager is so professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Sandra has been a delight to work with. She helped me find the perfect unit. She helped me in setting up the account. She even talked me down from renting a too large of a unit. She answered every question I had. Sandra is a delight. I moved my la ...Morest item late evening on the 11-16-17. To my surprise I received a call 11-17-17 from Sandra stating that she found the unit unlocked and empty. Would I like to close out the account. I answered yes and with in minutes I received an email confirmation to the closing of the account. She saved me my ten minute ride to notify metro of my moving out. Sandra is that good. If you need a storage space ask for sandra. Oh. The facility is super clean and well maintained. With actual bathrooms. And they are always piping in great music to make your move that much more pleasant. I hear it also makes your contents happy too. Oh. It is affordable too. Choose Sandra. Choose metro. Choose a little of happiness.
