We moved our 3 bedroom flat on the third floor (no elevator) to a three story house with ease with Master Movers. Getting a quote was super easy, and I got a great detailed explanation of what to expect. Booking was equally as easy through an online booking/deposit form. The move itself was fla ...Morewless. No scuffs, no scratches, no dents! They were professional, and did a great job carefully and efficiently wrapping all the furniture. They had a great understanding of where everything should go after just one explanation. At the new place, they had to park on a very steep hill, and they had the tools and exactly what they need to do so. They were able to move anything we threw at them. They even moved my upright piano at no extra cost! The last time I moved that piano it cost me $500 alone. The total move cost a little more than I estimated, but I got a great detailed explanation as to the cost breakdown so I feel good about it. For the number of unreasonably large and heavy furniture we have, they definitely deserve every penny. Total move took 4.5 hours for a 3 bedroom place. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

We worked with Master Movers when we relocated from San Francisco to the South Bay (Conrad for scheduling, Francisco, Douglas, and Chris for packing and moving) They were incredibly conscientious and professional. They showed up early, took stock of everything that needed to be done, then made ...Morequick work of packing everything carefully and loading the truck thoughtfully. Our move was tricky because we had to take things to multiple locations including a storage facility. The team was friendly and accommodating even though we were frazzled. They organized the storage unit super efficiently making sure things were safely stacked, super tidy, and easy to access. They were worth every penny and they saved us many hours of packing and hauling time (and no doubt marriage counseling) if we'd had to do it ourselves. Highly recommend and will call them the next time we need moving help.

Great service and quick movers. Nothing broken during move! That's is the highest compliment I think you can give a moving company. I would definitely recommend to people moving.

Moving is stressful and these guys were 100% worth the money. I booked them for Saturday afternoon to move furniture out of a storage unit in San Jose to San Francisco. We spent 45 mins loading, 1 hr drive to the city and 45 mins unloading. 2 movers came and they were very professional and eff ...Moreicient. Would highly recommend this moving company.

After living in my small one bedroom apartment in San Francisco for 10 years, it was time to move to somewhere bigger and in more quiet area of the City. In all the years that I've moved around, I have never hired movers. This time I did. I found Master Movers on line, read all the great reviews ...More and decided that I would give them a call. Conrad was friendly and helpful when setting the appointment. The movers, Alfredo & Pancho were right on time. They were both professional, friendly and efficient (and hard workers!). Master Movers made this move super easy for us. I would highly recommend this awesome moving company to anyone need this kind of service!
