Six years with no issues, and we just upgraded. Rene was so helpful in the transition. NYC apartments just require more space sometimes, so glad this place is such a gem!

This Manhattan mini storage is the worse. The workers don't know what they are doing, and they don't note a persons account, meaning extra money is taking out for no reason. All they can say is that they are sorry. No one wants to hear I am sorry when it has to do with their money. Then they tel ...Morel you they can refund you. This is so upsetting and they. Red a training class or they are a bunch of liars. So now I have to add money so my other bill can be paid. If they took the time to look at my account they will see it is their problem not mine, but they can read. Be cautious and keep good records because they will cheat you

Here we go again Manhattan Mini stay on the some BS. I've had my storage for close to a year now- The 3 times I've been here there's always an issue! as a Virgo who has pristine organizational skills and a file cabinet at home it's virtually impossible that I bring the wrong keys EVERYTIME! Whe ...Moren this is the ONLY storage unit I've owned. last time it took almost an hour for them to clip the lock #diosdamepaciencia this time my key didn't work. And my only option was to cut the lock AGAIN- Thank you to JUAN the Assistant Manager who in the end didn't charge me another request to cut the Lock. Hopefully next time I can have a smooth experience accessing my storage !! !!!! Please STORAGE GODS can I one day come in and not have any issues here

Note: this is just a preliminary review, given that I actually have not moved things in just yet. However . . . . I have been totally blown away by the facilities and the EXCELLENT customer service demonstrated, in particular, by an associate onsite by the name of "Kynam". Easily one of THE bes ...Moret experience I have had in New York (and, specifically, Manhattan) in terms of doing business, as he was just a true pro. Kynam was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and thorough in his assistance, patiently walking me through (literally) the storage process when I visited ahead of time to get a feel for the space and my likely storage room. Kynam was just an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish of my tour, and I look forward to seeing him again when I return with my stuff -- that is, unless he has been promoted to site manager or some other deserving position. He is just THAT GOOD!! As for the site itself, the premises look immaculate and modern, the climate control was working well, and the computers were running well. MMS at first blush appeared to be somewhat pricey when compared to their competitors, but the fact that they have a concierge, shuttle, supplies, and extras like hanging racks and shelves to make your move that much easier, it all balances out, cost-wise. AND they receive FedEx and UPS packages you might receive at no additional cost, which could definitely be helpful during those transition periods of your move. In all, just a wonderful experience for someone who expects a lot, service-wise, but rarely ever gets it in NYC. This time, it was definitely something different.

Excellent location! I just needed the storage locker for a few weeks, so my stay here was short. But this is a very good facility. Very spacious, convenient location, and extremely secure. Emmanuel was very helpful and never hesitated to assist me when needed. Overall, will recommend this locati ...Moreon , and be back If needed.
