When I arrived from Boston, Bevin was gracious, friendly and helpful. She had even kept a copy of the key to the lock our friend left for me. She cheerfu ...Morelly helped me find the unit and use their carts. I was in and out quickly and painlessly thanks to her efficiency. When I stopped in again, Tami was also friendly and accommodating. I know it's just a storage unit, but they made me feel like family by the way they cared about my experience there. It's especially reassuring knowing that, since I live far from my mother, people like Bevin and Tami have our interests at heart and will do whatever they can to help us. Our family thanks you!
