Terrible service + company. I have been parking with this garage since summer 2020. There is always some type of issue with this company on there behalf. Recently March 2021 they with held my car would not let me see it or release it to me while there card machines were down to make the monthly ...Morepayment. ( I went twice to make payment - both times machines down)They requested me to pay cash before releasing it when it was not a late payment and never been a outstanding balance. They have raised my monthly price significantly over the months and everything is on your expense - they never take accountability for there inconsistency in how they operate. Bad business. I will no longer be parking with them. It is the principle of how they treat there customers and holding the car hostage for there own machines down - penalizing me for there in house issues. A simple I'm sorry for how things were handled it won't happen again would have been suffice + I would have stayed parking with them. Instead the manager argued I should have made the payment before the 1st so this wouldn't have been an "issue". for there machines down ;)

So here's a tale of love and loss. I usually live in New York City but due to the pandemic I lost my job and I had to give up my apartment. I have become a vagabond of sorts. Anyways, I came into the city with my janky Subaru Outback from high school and am staying with a good friend in the east ...More village. This """establishment""" had 4.7 stars on spot hero so I came here and paid $41 for one night. 5pm Wednesday to 5pm Thursday. It says that you need to text 30 min prior to picking up your car. So I texted at 4:30 and received a reply saying to come at 5:30. Biggest mistake of my life was trusting this text message. How stupid was I? So I saunter in to 169 Ludlow at 5:32 and they say I owe $11 in late fees. I was frustrated because the man there was being so rude. The man I had dealt with on Wednesday was extremely nice, not this Thursday night guy. He demanded I pay $11 and I said I wanted to speak to a manager. He points to a sign with a number to call if you're dissatisfied with your service. I call and it's a good friend of the man who I'm dealing with. They called me names and told me to pay the $11. So I said "this is bulls***" and gave him my card. He charged me $41 because he didn't like my attitude. I got extremely upset because I don't have $41 to spare at the moment. I felt like singing Rose's Turn but instead just yelled "f*** you" 3 time's before getting in my car. I laughed, I cried, I drove. And for what? Only to be swindled out of $90. So my friend tried calling them to complain and they called her a dumb bitch. I am heartbroken. Where have all the good parking garages gone?~~~

Very expensive parking. Could have had cheaper in the area. In the end, I'm the fool here. I should have researched Parking before heading into the city for the day.

Stayed at the Ludlow hotel and they said they give a voucher for parking here. When I dropped my car off I said 24 hours and the guy said okay $90 with the voucher. Next day comes around, I wanna do another activity in the city so I go over and ask if I can leave my car a couple more hours. They ...More said no problem -one worker is asleep in the "office". I get back to my car to pick it up and they charged me $180

CRASHED MY CAR IN TO A WALL AND THEY CLAIM THEY ARE NOT LIABLE. I brought my car in perfectly fine and the second they pull my car out from a tight space in between two columns I noticed immediately something was wrong with the front tire. When I brought it to their attention they claim I brough ...Moret the car in like that and that there is nothing they can do. The tire was completely ripped open and there is a scrape mark on the rim, it would have been impossible to bring it in like that. I paid $75 for overnight parking and they refused to refund me as well. I'm absolutely disgusted by this disgrace of a facility. They wouldn't even show me the video footage from the cameras that they have plastered all over the place.
