Superb customer service that goes above and beyond what one would expect! Nyah and the team at Lockaway Self Storage are courteous, professional and super helpful! She made the experience stress free and easy providing detailed information about the facility and what they offer as well as the be ...Morest storage situation based on my needs and budget! I highly recommend them for whatever storage needs you may have. The entire atmosphere is inviting and leaves you with definite assurance that your belongings / memories are secured and under the watchful eyes of dedicated professionals 24/7! Lockaway Self Storage is the way to go. Choose no one/ nowhere else but them!!! 5 stars for sure!

A oasis of storage facilities in Brooklyn literally. Because it is so different in atmosphere with corporations moving toward less amenities and more cut backs. Lockaway Self Storage demonstrates the opposite with the obvious customer oriented services when you visit!

This storage place is different from any other. For one, there's a rather random koi pond in the front. Second they have all kinds of vintage postal office furniture and others kinds of unique stuff inside the office that just makes it interesting and kind of a pleasure to have to stop into. Thr ...Moreee, they offer hot tea, coffee and cookies, iced tea when it's warm out. They treat customers like people with real needs and concerns in a way that is compassionate, and kind. I enjoy storing here, for the unconventional experience and convenience of an outdoor unit.

I never thought I would leave a review for a self storage facility, but the staff here were SO NICE! Keely was extremely helpful, I reserved my unit online and then called to follow up to confirm availability and inquire about their "free van" for first time movers - she walked me through the en ...Moretire process and gave me a few different unit options. Keely even called back to confirm move-in times and van availability (which is really free!). When I went in to sign my lease, I felt like I was visiting and old friend. Keely was so sweet and patient, she assured me that my unit would be cleaned before my move-in date (even though it already looked spotless) and that she would be available 24/7 if I ever had any issues as she lived just around the corner. This was by far the easiest, most reassuring moving/storage process I've ever had. Not to mention, the actual facility is very well protected, easy to find and navigate, and has tons of hand carts available to make your move as easy as possible.

This place is the mecca of storage spaces. They are the standard by which I will compare each and every future non-Lockaway Self Storage experience -which I think will only happen if I really had no choice. Because I really can't see myself with any other storage place. It's true love, it really ...More is. They have candy and cookies, a surprising old school lounge, and 30 year old koi fish. Tommy and his brother are also so kind and amazing! I'd go back to visit just to say hello, even if I didn't have anything to store. That's how awesome this place is. Highly recommend!
