So I finally got around to uploading some bathroom pics. It might seem weird to only upload pics of the bathroom, but as I said in my first review, the bathroom at Lock It Up on Palmetto Avenue really tells the whole story: Somebody (the live-in managers, to be precise) cared enough to go out o ...Moref their way to decorate this bathroom and keep it spotlessly clean. That says a lot about their whole approach to providing a safe and pleasant experience for their cutsomers. Really, my high contrast cell phone pictures do not do this bathroom justice at all. I wish my bathroom at home was this nice.

i love this place. They are the sweetest people. i only rented for a short while but they were so positive, professional, and just good people with good clean storage units. They are so nice, I may go back just to say hi! if you need a storage unit. go to them!

We rented here for about 5 years and were very pleased. The units are clean, well-maintained, and easy to get to. Lori and Lee are the property managers, live on site.They always check in with you to say hello, the kind of people you want to hang out and chat with, never intrusive. They make thi ...Mores place feel like home. I always felt my "stuff" was safe.

I've used them twice spanning almost 10 years. My stuff has always been extremely secure. in fact, I can add none of my stuff has ever been infested with mold or bugs either. It's always super clean there as well. They really keep it maintained. But more than that, the best part of this storage ...Morecompany is the managers who run it - they are incredible! They are so super nice and I've been late paying sometimes and they have always been more than gracious and happy to work with me to help make sure my stuff didn't end up in auction. They are always so kind and sweet on the phone. They've even offered me water while I was there just the other day. They also brought me a cart which I didn't even ask for. They truly are the best example of customer service I've ever been so lucky to witness. I highly recommend this storage facility. In fact if I could give them a higher rating I would. I really care about great customer service and a friendly attitude so if you're looking for a trustworthy, clean and safe option for storage in the area trust me this place is the best!
