WORST WORST WORST parking service I have ever seen. This company needs to be shut down! They are crude, lewd, and harassing. The attendants have somehow amped themselves up to think they have some sort of authority to act inappropriately but yet cannot in some way just do their jobs. Don't let this star fool you it's definitely not to give them ANY praise. I wish Yelp allowed negative stars. They oversee my buildings parking garage and they are some of the worst managed, rude and disrespectful individuals I have EVER encountered. They yell at tenants to the point you have to ...More call security on them. They have no respect for anyone. They ambush you to pay your monthly bill. They tell you they are the police and try to keep you from parking in spaces so they can reserve them for their valet scheming. Recently we have had some storefront restaurants that have opened and they prioritize the valet for them over monthly paying spots probably because they want the tips. I have complained to my management company numerous times and sent them emails about how extremely dissatisfied I am with their whole operation. Of course I've never received a response just the bill every month!

Park in the street. They damaged my car and got mad at me!? Called their management and they got mad at me. Wanted to know if I took pictures of the car before I gave it to them. Really. This place is full of nasty losers.

This company is terrible. They hire rude, combative, unprofessional guys. An otherwise nice property, urby, looks cheap and shady because of using little man. Ive seen them sitting on or leaning on our cars before, this time I snapped a quick photo.
