Josh, the manager of Little Man Parking at the W location, was the rudest person in the service industry I have come into contact with in recent memory. He refused to honor our time-validated stamp from the restaurant we dined at (granted, they were having timing issues, both seating us for our ...Morereservation, and then getting us our check). The issue should be resolved between the restaurant and the 3rd party parking company. As guest/customers, we are not going to pay additional fees and be penalizing when it is out of our control, and we should not be witness to the verbal scuffs regarding this. Rather than honoring the timeless tradition of successful companies with the value that the "customer is right," Josh argued belligerently with us for 30 minutes, held our car hostage, said he could only reason with the male manager... ultimately, Josh was wrong, proven so by some females. The W should reconsider this partnership with Little Man Parking, as it is bad for business. It seems other reviewers are in hands-down agreement.

I wish I could give zero stars but that wasn't an option. "Little man" parking is an appropriate name for the kind of people that work there. They literally had little courtesy, little class, and little sense of how to talk to customers. Awful customer service. I strongly encourage everyone to t ...Moreake their business elsewhere because this garage schemes until the clock turns the minute to take more money from you. My friend and I were at the establishment on time and she had prepaid $15 and the extremely rude employee charged an additional $20 without explaining what was going on. We tried to explain to him that we have been waiting there for him to help us, and he continues to act like we were saying something outrageous. They proceeded to speak in Spanish as we were standing there requesting some damn information. He then took the customers behind us because we weren't willing to pay $20 additional for the two minutes we were "late" (even though we were waiting to be helped). After my friend paid the $20 because we were given no other option - he handed us the keys without even getting the damn car. No excuse for this kind of treatment.

Quite frankly, this was the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. They were completely disrespectful and refused to honor prepaid parking. We were visiting friends in the area and had prepaid for an hour's worth of parking in this garage. When we arrived, we were told ...Morethat they would not honor the prepaid parking. Needless to say, the car attendant demanded we pay him another $20. We refused and he stated that he would call his supervisor. After apparently making such a call, he said that he understood that their system may not have been updated and that it was not our fault, but that he would still be demanding another $20 and we would not be allowed to park otherwise. Upon asking to speak with his supervisor directly, he said that he would not allow us to speak to him and that we should call the main office. We attempted to call the main office and they were closed. So, again, we asked to speak with his supervisor who he said was "busy" and would not speak with us. It was clear that he had no interest in being helpful to his customers and others around the situation seemed appalled. In fact, one such customer said they "had never seen anything like it." When I asked the car attendant what his name was he responded, "I don't know." He REFUSED to give us his name. Later, he tried to coach my husband and I on the "law." When I informed him that I am, in fact, an attorney, he told me that "there was no way I was an attorney" and that he would know because he once allegedly attended the police academy. Finally, I said that we would leave but that I anticipated a refund for the amount we prepaid before we left. Again, they refused. In essence, Little Man Parking stole our prepaid money and demanded more money from us in order to park. I have never had such an awful experience and would tell anyone who wants to park here to go anywhere else -- literally, anywhere.

Terrible. They store stuff from the apartments in the garage. Make sure you don't hit anything, cuz it's not hard to do. And they have the worst service. Mario is terrible. He needs a new job.

Probably the worst Garage around, their rude and arrogant. I rathe park at their sister location on 14 even though its own by the same people, their are usually only 3 of the same workers and those are nice. The ones that are nasty stay at this one on 12 st. Avoid if you can. Plus the 14 one is ...Moreless expensive if your staying for longer hours has its a day flat rate!
