If I could give them 0 stars I would. Carlos the owner enjoys threatening CHILDREN when trying to pay for parking. His workers are rude and they also do NOT care about the well being of your car. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE. YOU WILL GET THREATENED BY THE OWNER AND SCAMMED.

I would give them minus stars if I could. I reserved my parking through spotHero. When I arrived at the parking I had to find the office 'manager' in order to get a tag. I was waiting in front of the office for 20 minutes. Nobody was there and nobody showed up. I kept calling and nobody would re ...Morespond. I could not wait anymore. So, I left and I was hoping that they would check the reservation from my license plates through spotHero. Well, apparently that exceeds their abilities by far. They just booted my car. When I went to get it again nobody was there. This time I was waiting there for 50 minutes. I was calling the garage and spotHero. You guessed it right. The garage would not respond. spotHero was unable to do anything. Then I found another phone number. This guy picked up the phone and he wasn't surprised. Then someone from another garage came. They removed the boot and I went on my way. Total waste of my time. Very irresponsible from their side. They should have refunded me. Never going again in that garage. Id' rather park the car in Hudson.
