Great service safe & great rates especially on the weekends truly recommend everybody to use them

Avoid! I prepaid online on parking panda to park here for 36 hours for $42, which I thought was a good deal. However, when I went to pick up my car the manager told me that the price is $80 and refused to honor my prepaid amount. Even though I showed him my receipt with the hours and prepaid a ...Moremount, he made me pay their rate. He was also incredibly rude about it! What then is the point of prepaying online?? Very disappointed that they didn't honor my paid amount and that I was treated so terribly for something I had documentation for.

I really appreciate that Lance the owner of Little Man parking immediately contacted me after reading my review. He let me know that there were computer glitches that no one was aware of by the 3rd party parking service (Parking Panda) which forced me to pay an additional amount at the garage. ...MoreLance immediately took responsibility for the situation, even if the "fault" was not his. He called Parking Panda to investigate the error and issued me a refund to honor my original price. He also apologized on behalf of the rude manager on site that day. It seems like Lance prioritizes customer service, and I appreciate that he did his best to deliver!

Highly recommend avoiding. I parked here for 24 hours but when I arrived 30 min after my due time they told me I must pay an additional day rather than the 30 min extra. They won't release your car unless you pay the extra fare. There are way to many other garages in the area than to continue to ...More give these guys business.

Kinney S, I'm sorry you were disappointed with your experience at our garage. In light of your public comment, however, I feel compelled to respond in order to set the record straight. First, you were not 10 minutes late. You actually exceeded the expiration of your reservation by 2 hours an ...Mored 13 minutes. Moreover, while you were charged an additional $40.00 for the excess time, the actual correct charge should have been an additional $114.00. The garage staff, who work very hard and do not deserve to be falsely accused of "stealing your money" actually extended a courtesy to you (as a result of your having very clearly expressed how unhappy you were while at the garage) and agreed to reduce the fee. I guess we can chalk this one up to no good deed goes unpunished. We paid online for a 2 day parking reservation . Because we showed up 10 minutes late to pick up our car, they charged us for a full third day of an additional $40. Do not park here, they will steal your money and act like they can't help you.
