Aweful service. Deceitful business. Never coming back again. Ordered from spot hero; when I left my car , no one asked me for anything, when I came back I got extra charged and the person working , whoever it was , says he was doing me a favor. Never coming Back again

The attendant seemed like he didn't want to help me at all. I couldn't get the gate to open using my ParkWhiz code. He insisted I had to have a ticket in order to open the gate. I explained that I didn't get a ticket and that the gate arm just automatically opened when I pulled in. He looked ...More at me like I was lying and then begrudgingly tried to get me to back up and enter through another way. It turns out that he assumed I was leaving the garage when in fact I was just entering. Hence all the confusion. But through all this, his tone and manner made me feel like I was at the one at fault when he was the one not paying attention when I entered the garage. I politely thanked him but he still looked like was bothered. Apparently he had more important things to do like sitting in the parking attendant booth instead of helping a paying customer.
