Can I give zero stars? I'm the only one here and have been waiting over 20 minutes to pick up my car. They didn't honor the doubletree rate. A aid at all costs.

Slow, slow, slow. AVOID. I've parked here twice. First time I waited 40 mins for my car. Today 20. Both times I had a flight to catch. I don't know why. Today I was the only customer when I paid. They had about 10 clueless looking guys running around with iPhones. But it still took them 20 mins. ...More Unacceptable. I think they have some new technology in use. I don't think it has made their lives any easier. I don't have the patience to park here anymore.
Ok, the sad thing is that the other reviewers, who had to wait under a half hour were lucky. LUCKY! I'm a monthly client, so I've seen this garage go from kind of bad to a little better to so horrible I'm glad I'm moving in a month. When we started parking here about two years ago, we were give ...Moren the option to call ahead for our car. I learned that my car would be ready (never as early as promised, so always lie about when you plan to pick up the car) but only if it was the middle of the day during the week or really early on the weekend. If they're the slightest bit busy the car will not be ready, no matter how much extra time I give them, they just won't bother to get the car until I show up... and then it will take between 30-90 minutes for them to retrieve my car. It started getting better a few months ago, and I was surprised to find that my car was ready the majority of the time... until they updated their system. Now, there's this new barcode system that was supposed to be really great. So there's a barcode on my car, and there's a barcode on my ticket. Despite this, they've literally lost my car. They even admitted this to me, that they didn't know where my car was. So one of the attendants had to just walk around the parking garage looking for a gray bmw, and hope that the first one he found was mine. Yesterday, this happened again to another customer I was waiting with. When they first implemented this system, there was a phone number to text ahead of time to request the car. Great! No, not great. After a few minutes, I'd get a text saying my car would be ready in 15 minutes and to please make my way to the garage. I still gave them some extra time. Then I arrive and my car is nowhere to be found. So I scan my ticket. Then my ticket number is listed on the screen and shows its arrival as being in another 15 minutes. After many more 15 minutes, my ticket number just disappears from the screen. So I go to speak to the manager who happens to be at the podium, and he yells at me because apparently monthly users are supposed to have a different type of ticket... even though his own employee gave me the ticket in my possession. Yell at your employee, not me! Ok, so after that they changed the tickets so that there's no more texting the garage, now you have to go back to calling. So I call, and they say my car will be ready in 15 minutes. So I arrive at the garage and walk over to the podium because no one is ever in the ticket booth anymore. They yell at me to go scan my ticket. When I do, the computer tells me to go to the podium (this happens every time, but every time they yell at me every time to go scan my ticket even though monthly users cannot use the computer, only hotel guests). So I go back to the podium and stand around while a guy tries to figure out the system. Then I have to stand around waiting for my car for at least 45 minutes, because that's the shortest time to get the car since the new system was implemented, and they took the bench away months ago. Now let me tell you about the manager. He's the biggest jerk I've ever met. He yells at me every time I'm there. You'd think he'd try to calm his customers by apologizing for all the inconveniences and explain that he's having trouble with the new computer system. Instead, he yells at me because his employee didn't link my space # with my ticket number, he yells at me to use the computer that doesn't work, and he yells at everyone else too. He's taught all the new employees to yell at paying customers too. Recently I brought my car in, and the attendant yelled at me to move it up, even though it was almost midnight and there were no other cars. He wanted me to move it up to be parked against a wall on the drivers side. I'm pregnant and can't really get out without opening my door more than a crack. Then, because he banged on my window and yelled at me to move, my car was too far away for him to scan my car's barcode. So then my car wasn't linked with my ticket again. I've never been so frustrated with a place of business.
if I had to write a zero star I would. Never ever park here, one of the employee's scratch the back door of my car. They didn't even check my car when I first handed in and I wrote a claim to them and they didn't want to pay for the scratch. They even created a FAKE inspection "showing " the scr ...Moreatch was there. I know it wasn't since my car had recently been painted.
