In a bind, as I was late for an appointment, I stumbled upon this parking facility and was quite impressed. The attendants were attentive and the pricing was quite reasonable. I will definitely use the location again...when in the area of Jamaica Center.

I've had the worst service ever. The guys who park the cars are amazing; however I have an issue every 5th of the month with my monthly card. The money is taken out of my account, but my card does not work. This forces me to go into the office the next day and have to complain only for my issue ...Moreto not be solved. I don't understand how they are charging you for service and your card does not work. The list my account as not paid; however i show my bank statement every time and they have no response to the problem. The money comes out of my account; however i encounter the same issue every month without it getting fixed. I have sent emails and I have spoken to management only for them to tell me they are looking into it and not get back to me. I am tired and beyond livid with this company, specifically this location. I look forward to writing a Better Business Bureau Complaint in regards to this.

This is the worst parking garage, everytime i come here for a zipcar they never help me and they always have a attitude. They never check the zipcar and they are lazy. I hope they know that there are other people out there that would love to have their job. Cut the bs and do your job.

This is the worst place I've ever parked. The attendants are terrible and can't communicate straight. Rude and not understanding!!!

STAY AWAY from this company... they hire convicts.. Our company hired these dopey ignorant bastards..WOW, it's amazing how they can even dress themselves..
