Stay away from them. There was a lack of communication and customer service from them. My shipment came in two different loads and the movers at my destination asked me to pay for the uhaul when I stated that a semi truck could not fit. It took a month and a half to get my items. They are awful! They charged us 12,000$ we had the White Glove service! They used some of our u haul boxes that we had and charged us for them! They drank my dads beer without asking and they shouldn't have done that they were their to do their job! They packed things that they should of not pac ...Moreked. The ow we is extremely rude
OMG!!! Whatever you do don't use J Gentle Van Lines Moving Company. I book a moving date and canceled the contract in one day and they didn't want to refund my money. Do not sign any contract with this company is a fraud. I called and email them , they dont call you back and completely ignored ...Moreyour email. The worse customer service I ever encounter in my life. They lured you in with lower cost and them doubled the cost in the end according with several emails I read. In addition they moved you belongs and delivered them in diferents dates by using other sub contractors. I also read that as well in the reviews. Buyer be aware don't use J Gentle Van Lines if you dont want to be ripoff by this company.
