Very professional, informative, and helpful. I was greeted with a smile and given different options when I told them of what I was storing. A walk through with instructions on what to do when entering and exiting. Hopefully this will be a pleasant experience.

The new management/manager at this storage place is horrible, with a nasty attitude, this place is infested with mice/ rats - I have pics of mice/rat dropping all over my stuff and in a pile of when I swept the unit. I would assume the rodents are getting in due to the loading area door being le ...Moreft open at all sorts of hours of the day. I asked what are the protocols for making a claim and I was told by the manager there to take a brochure. There weren't any other explanation given. I told them I was moving my items out of the unit and this month would be my last month, and I received a call from the same manager telling/asking me if I was done with the unit I advised her yes but by rights I have ownership over the unit until the end of the month, on which I'm fully paid for, she continued to insist that I would have to release the unit due to it being empty and not having a lock on it. I asked about reimbursement for partial month since they want to rent the unit out and the manager stated " you don't get anything, if your using it then you need to put a lock on it, which is understandable but still its just the way on how nasty of an attitude she has is unacceptable! Never storing my items at this place again!

Disgusting, I went today to get a room and I noticed there was rat droppings in every storage room they brought me to and even the halls!
Don't store your belongings here if you value your stuff. I've been here for a month. I received a call on 7/2/2020 that there was flooding and I would need to come check my unit for water damage and of course they were wet. It rained again on 7/3/2020, so on 7/4/2020 I went to check , it was wo ...Morerse. The whole 10x10 unit had a water in it, my boxes were sitting in a puddle and some had imploded. My books wet, papers wet, clothes wet. The associate claims he doesn't know how the water got there, obviously there's a problem with the building. Now I have to move my stuff out and look elsewhere. All of my boxes are torn from water damage, I definitely would not have rented here if I was aware that every time it rains, there's some sort of flood. And of course their bogus insurance company doesn't cover the damages. And carol refuses to give me the contact to the actual person in charge, now stating I will get a prorated refund for my belongings being damaged, clothes I had to take out of boxes to wash, boxes I've had to replace, papers and things I've had to throw out, books that are ruined and I'm wasting gas to take my stuff out and to move to another facility. I will be in touch with corporate.
Don't store your belongings here.... they raise your rent without notifying you. They do not notify you when damage occurs and your belongings are affected Excuses after excuses 15 percent raise without any notice!!!! Elsewhere is cheaper and friendly staff Horrible!!!
