I have never felt the need to write a review for a parking garage, but this place is just awful. As another reviewer mentioned, the parking attendant here is shockingly rude and borderline abusive to customers. I have been yelled at and cursed at by the attendant here on multiple occasions for n ...Moreothing else than having the audacity to park or use a Zipcar from here. On my most recent visit today -- for a Zipcar -- the attendant was parking another car when I arrived. When I walked up to the counter, he laid on the horn of the car he was parking for about 5 seconds and waved his hands at me. I asked him why he did this and he shrugged and said nothing. I told him I was there for a Zipcar, but he could not retrieve it because he had misplaced the parking attendant Zipcard. I had to give him my Zipcard so he could start it. When I returned the car to the garage, he rushed me out of the car and wouldn't let me end the Zipcar trip from my phone before leaving the car, as Zipcar policy requires. He stood there screaming "leave and do it outside the garage" while I took the 60 seconds require to confirm the trip end in Zipcar app. Will never park or use a Zipcar from here again.

I usually work once a month in Manhattan . I don't always use this parking garage but the few times I have it has always been a great experience . On 3-12 I had a very bad experience with the valet driver that was working . He was extremely rude and obnoxious . He was basically yelling at me and ...More rushing me out of the garage as soon as I got in my car. I had bags in my hand and I was only going to take a few seconds. I have never had such a bad experience.
We parked our car overnight and ended up with a significant dent on the upper part of our driver-side hatch back (we have a mini-van). The dent appears to have resulted from hitting something blunt at about 4' high, perhaps a low-hanging pipe or a corner found in a tight garage. They wouldn't ...Morelet us go into the garage to see where our car was parked. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We will not park there again.
