BEWARE of the coupons. When we attempted to park when the attendant realized I had a coupon he changed his mind and said they were full.

this is for the Imperial Parking garage at 200 E 70th St. CAUTION: Bait and switch. A guy in the garage gave us a cheap price of $18 until 6:00am the next day. When we got back to the garage another attendant said it was double what we expected to pay because we stayed past midnight.I had to pay ...More before he would give back our car. I ve tried to resolve this and called to speak to a manager for the past 3 days with no answer or busy signals. 200 East 70 Garage Corporation also known as Imperial Parking.

The worst garage in NYC over priced understaffed all and all horrible service and they scratched my car idiots

Paid for two separate parking spots for people coming from out of town. When we went to pick up the 2nd vehicle, the car had been moved to second spot and the clock on the car was wrong. The attendant barely moved the car out of the spot and when we went to move it the car wouldn't move- no matt ...Moreer what gear we put it in. This is after 11pm at night- so you can imagine my response when we tried to trouble shoot on our own and asked the attendant for help and he shrugged his shoulders and said " I don't know" and then walked away. The second parking attendant only spoke with guests who showed up at his window, has ignored us the entire tjme we've been here We've been here for over an HOUR AND A HALF now with not even a glance our way despite the fact that the vehicle is stuck blocking their ramp.
