Iv been stupid enough to use this place 3 times already because my girlfriend lives right across the street. If you plan on picking up or parking your car after 11pm good luck! They understandingly pull the gate down at night for security purposes. BUT YOU NEED TO HAVE A WAY TO LET YOUR CUSTOM ...MoreERS IN!!! All 3 times after trying a bell that is obviously broken (seemingly without any plans on fixing) and beeping my horn I realized that its impossible to get into the garage unless you go walk over to the building next door to have their doorman call. I dont need a job just to be able to pick up my own car.... So bottom line, if you plan on needing your car after 11pm go to the closest garage on 48th st instead unless you want an extra headache! P.S. - all three of my attempts at giving them another shot was over the course of a year and a half. So their bell has been broken for at least that long and I was stupid for giving them another chance. It ends here.
