I have used their services number of times both for personal use and for business use, the staff is very professional and accommodating. The rates in compare to other similar services are very reasonable. What I like the most with their containers is that you can load and unload from either side ...More as each side front and back have doors and most important is their high end technology where they can drive the container to a right location with a small mobile lift controlled by a remote control. Highly recommend!

Just had our iCan box removed today after having it for about 2 1/2 months. We were having work done on the house, and needed a place to put our upstairs furniture. After upstairs was done, we had some people replace the upstairs contents, then put the downstairs furniture in so painting and flo ...Moreor refinishing could be done. It was a perfect solution to the need to juggle our stuff. This company was wonderful! They are prompt, friendly, and their system allows the container to be put in tighter spaces than could a competitor's system. (P*d). The container was super-clean, and the guys used blocks to make it perfectly level. As another reviewer stated, an additional advantage is that you can access the container from both sides. This is a family business, and the attention to detail there shows. Highly recommended!

From the moment I contacted Judy at iCan, I had nothing but a great experience. Judy was very personable and personally showed me around the iCan storage facility in order to look at the different size crates available. I told her the amount of items I would be transporting from New York to Penn ...Moresylvania and she helped me pick the right crate while addressing all of my concerns along the way. I paid for additional time to unload the crate once it was delivered in Pennsylvania, not knowing how quickly me and my family would be able to do so. We finished so quickly, we didn't even need the extra time. Judy happily refunded the charge she made for the extra time I asked for because she wanted me, as the customer, to be happy. Her two sons (yes this is a lovely family owned business!) were also very helpful and kind as well when they delivered my crate to Pennsylvania. If I ever need to move again (hopefully not), I will be sure to contact Judy again. She beats out the prices of all of the major competitors and from what I can see, iCan's crates are of a much better quality than their competitors. It is solid steel all around with a no slip rubber matting on the ground. Another plus about iCan which they shared with me upfront is that they don't up their prices during "moving" seasons. Great prices all year-round. I highly recommend them to anyone who is moving, or needs a secure storage facility for their belongings.

I used iCan storage for my move recently and everything went really smooth- no issues. The containers are great quality, very new, and have plenty of options to mount items to inside- even the movers were impressed. Judy and Josh were both very helpful throughout either on the phone or by emai ...Morel, and delivery and pickup of the containers was prompt. If you have to store a lot of stuff in between moves, this is a very good option and provides a bit more flexibility to pack/unpack the container.

iCan storage was very easy to work with. Judy was very helpful over the phone. Delivery and pick up was very timely. all staff were very nice to work with. Would definitely use again if needed.
