This place is wonderful! Feels very safe and is super clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful...they go above and beyond to assist you in any way possible. They even remember which floor your storage is on without having to remind them! This is the only storage place in Brooklyn I will g ...Moreo!

Just relocated and needed a storage space A.S.A.P., friend recommended and glad that she did! Courteous staff and easy access, got a free pick up same day, Love the cleanliness. Very happy I went with this facility :)

First, the customer service here is excellent. The office staff is courteous and helpful, and the movers who operate the trucks and freight elevator did not hesitate for a moment to help me move some of my heavier items, both when I moved in and out. I had a hard time choosing a place initially ...More because so many reviews of these facilities on Yelp are filled with absolute horror stories, but I am happy to say that I absolutely recommend this company. My unit was clean and my stuff exactly how I left it after 6 months. The contract was straightforward and you do not have to notify them 30 days in advance that you are planning to remove your stuff, as you have to do with some other places and end up having to pay an extra month's rent. You can show up, get all of your stuff out and end your contract the same day. The price was reasonable and the hours convenient, and the whole experience was about as low stress as this type of thing can be. Definitely support these guys.

It's kind of hard to get all of my stuff on the carts because the carts move all of that well and you have to wait for the guys to take you up to the floor that your stuff is on... HOWEVER the staff is so helpful and friendly they totally make up for that. The guys have helped me put my stuff in ...Moreto my car multiple times. They're awesome. Also, I price-checked a few other places and this was the cheapest. So I definitely recommend it!
