The 3 movers were great. They were efficient and packed my stuff into the moving truck in a safe and organized way. I'll definitely book with Golden Star Moving again!

We needed a moving company last minute. Golden star moving accommodated us quickly and professionally! Very reasonably priced. Both of the movers worked very hard to move our stuff efficiently. The only thing good about this company is the response from the office. The quote and response from Lisa was so fast and professional however I can not say the same about the movers. They ruined my furniture I have huge chucks from multiple pieces missing on my wood furniture. I got movers so my ...More furniture wouldn't ruined and it was the opposite completely ruined. The movers drug my daughters nice wooden hutch across the floor and now the wood is frayed. I have a long wooden mirror they also took a huge chunk out of by not even wrapping it. The walls at my new location have holes now in almost every corner. They also had myself and my 14 year old help them move things, i helped carry out a few heavy items. These movers were so unprofessional and in the end wanted cash for payment and then said they would take a break while they wait for me to go to the bank for cash and still ran the clock. They get you with the 99 pre hour with the 75 flat rate for the truck but then add so many hidden fees in the end the total was 200 more then I planned to spend and now I'm left with ruined items. They also charged me 60 extra dollars to move my peloton bike main reason I got movers so my bike wouldn't get ruined but of course it was scratched. So disappointed since this was my first time getting what they called professional movers. The main mover was trying to tell me to tip 20 also since they did the move so fast but personally I'd rather have them take they time and do a better job. Other places sound more expensive but are cheaper and probably more professional. So I called the office yesterday to let them know about my experience, was told they were investigating and of course have not heard a response. I almost forgot to add in here the most disturbing thing about the movers, one of them the main mover asked me if my daughter was my daughter, I said yes he said to me oh she's very nice!!!! I couldn't believe it she's 14!!!! I'm so upset with this experience all together!!!!!
