I am a small business owner with my shop across the street , I did the early bird parking and was late by a few minutes after 6pm to pick up my car , the price then went from $20.... to now $47. Thats a whole extra $27 for a few minutes extra of parking .... are you kidding me! You lost a custom ...Moreer! I park my car 5 days a week that would have given your garage $400 a month if I was treated right, now you will get no dollars a month from me ever again! Total rip off , no loyalty to the neighborhood... total trash.

Gmc has no interest in customer satisfaction. If you have a problem, it's impossible to get anybody from the main office to call you back. They regularly lie to their customers, keep them uninformed regarding Garage closings, promise things and do not deliver. Do not use GMC for monthly parkin ...Moreg. You will be screwed The only reason there's one star is that it's impossible to give it zero stars
