I try not to use garages. After looking for parking for almost 2 hours,I threw up the white flag and pulled in here. I didn't expect much. Color me completely pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and customer service.The attendant explained the charges and how the time is calcu ...Morelated. He took the time to make sure I understood. He even told me where it would be parked. When I returned after my evening out,the car was parked exactly where he said it would be. Another attendant greeted me and retrieved my car. It was effortless,pleasant end fairly priced. It's nice to know I have a "go to" for future needs!

I typically review restaurants on yelp, but this parking garage deserves a little recognition too. I recently moved to the area and was looking for monthly parking for my car. I scouted around the neighborhood for a few days checking out the competition, and I found that Red Ball had one of ...Morethe least expensive monthly rates in the area. Not only that, but the staff at the garage was extremely friendly. When I came to inquire about rates, they immediately told me that I could save a little money each month by also registering my car in Manhattan. I had been to several other garages, and wasn't informed of this detail. I'll admit that the concept of arranging a time in advance to retrieve my car was a bit foreign to me. I have a fairly consistent schedule though, and I've found that it isn't an imposition for me. I've been very happy with my experience at Red Ball Garage. The staff and service are excellent, and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Had a great experience until we were 30min late had to pay $40 for those 30min ruined our NYC day! The attendants need to assure the patrons of the prompt departure time. Or give the managers on duty the ability to make a decision.

I literally signed up for yelp to write this review with the hopes of saving others the frustration this AWFUL garage has caused me. My boyfriend and I had monthly parking here and the experience was equally awful for both of us. Items were repeatedly stolen from our vehicles including a Cartier ...More watch that was left in the center console for one night. Of course, leaving it in the car was an accident, but you would hope that the employees aren't searching your vehicle for things to steal each night. Here... They do just that. And don't expect Paul, Steve or any of the other "supervisors" to lift a finger to help you get to the bottom of it. On top of that I consistently had to wait over half an hour after arriving at the garage (even after calling ahead) for my vehicle. When Alan worked here that wasn't the case. He was amazing. As is Geri. But, if Paul or many of the other guys answered the phone I knew my car wouldn't be down regardless of how much notice was given. I just took my car out of this garage after paying my bill on time for the duration of my time with them. I didn't have a bill due to them (it is due within 30 days after the end of the month) and they would not release my car to me from the moment I said I was closing my monthly account. Not right. The issue definitely stems from the incompetent management. Stay away. Walk 10 blocks in the pouring rain if you have to- it will be a better choice than parking here!!!
