AM staff are terribly rude and unprofessional. There are many other garages nearby with better prices and attitudes.

I have been parking at this garage for years. However, I was recently dismayed by an experience which I cannot forget. The couple of times I have received less than sterling service I did not pursue it because things generally went okay. However, in April, I went to pick up my car from the ga ...Morerage and it was not drive-able: the windshield was cracked because of the manner in which the car had been mounted by garage staff onto a lift. Thus I could not retrieve my car when I requested it, a significant loss of service. The car was fixed and I was provided a rental, but no one paying nearly $400 a month for their car to be kept safe should have to give up access to their own vehicle when the owner requests it. I asked for some form of compensation in at least a discount to that month's garage fee, but Trisha in the main office flatly refused.
