This place is crap, do NOT park your car here, i was confronted by an employee because I was watching him park my car to make sure nothing happens to it. He came up to me and asked if I had a problem, I said no, im just making sure everything is okay, at this point he proceeds to ask me "are you ...More being serious right now?" and calls me rude. This guy literally looked like he wanted to start a fight with me because i was watching him park my car... That is not how you treat customers. once again take your car elsewhere, this place sucks.

"DON'T PARK HERE" I came here to park because I was lured by the $8.00+ FOR 1/2 HR which is all I needed to run into the saks up the block real quick. 1st thing I didn't like was that my ticket said 4:12 pm even though my phone said 4:11 I said hmmmmm but said to myself no biggie. When I came ba ...Moreck I got to the window it was 4:42 according to my phone "$35.00 I said to the guy "hey I made it in 30 look at the time on the ticket and my phone" he looks at the computer and tells me I'm 3 mins late. So long story short these guys are cheating you on time I repeat DONT PARK HERE. I know I will never use them again!

Rates at this place are what they think they can get out of you and would not be surprised if the attendants are inflating the rates and pocketing what they can. Stay away.

With so many options, why park your car with a company that calls you dumb and a liar? I drove in to this garage at 11:50pm. There were cars lined up along the wall, covering a good part of the pricing sign, but I managed to see it would cost me $35, including taxes, to park for 10 hours. 24 ho ...Moreurs would be $45 When the attendant finally realized I was there he came over, but he was on his cell phone yakking away. I said I'd be back before 8am, more like 7, so it would be under 10 hours, right? He nodded (or so I thought) and kept talking on his phone. Imagine my surprise when I went back the next morning and was charged $45 for 'overnight', which is the same as 24 hours. I told this attendant that the man the night before agreed that it would be less than 10 hours. He told me that it was always 'overnight' 'before midnight.' I was incredulous. I told him I parked the car right before midnight. Had I known that, I would have waited the 10-15 minutes. He wouldn't budge on the price, which didn't matter as much as the principle. I came back and took pictures of the sign. He then yelled at me to tell me "you have to know how to read between the lines." Lovely. Now I'm stupid. I called the company's headquarters. They had the manage of the garage call me. When I was able to call him back, I got the same garbage, but with a new twist. He told me the sign says that it is 'overnight' if the car is picked up after 5am, something new. Something I couldn't see because it was blocked by other cars the attendant had parked there when I brought the car in. He told me he spoke to the night attendant, who denied what I said. Um, the dude was on his mobile phone & more interested in that conversation! How would he recollect this one? So, now I was dumb and a liar. Then he told me the guy in the morning never said that it was 'overnight before midnight.' Then he told me the guy in the morning never said I had to 'read between the lines.' So, I'm a really huge liar, even though as a journalist I knew to write down the specific quotes. There is another garage in the exact same building. Use it or any other option in the neighborhood. Sell GMC Parking. Yours. Never again.
