Parked here with my 10 year old son and six other people. My son left his new Ipod Touch in the backseat of the SUV. It was gone when we returned. We all know he had it in the car, and he shouldn't have left it, but 10 year olds do this type of thing. It definitely was either the driver who ...Moreparked the car or the driver who delivered the car to us when return. The garage claims that the area where the car was parked, the video cameras cannot see. I would highly recommend not parking at this garage. I had to continually hound them to get responses.

Staff is nice; the attendant who brought me my car gave me directions; all in all a good experience. Cost me $31 for about 2 hours, but Central Park South is an expensive part of Manhattan. I will park here again.

The person in charge does not speak English. Our rental car got damage on the side of the car and he told us that it was there before which was not true. 46$ for 3 hours and the car got damaged. Do not park there ever. Better off parking on the street.

I am a monthly customer at this parking garage and am extremely happy with the garage and parking services. The staff is extremely friendly and there is a convenient texting service for requesting your vehicle which is always ready and waiting when I arrive at the garage.
