This parking garage is terrible. The service is extremely rude and the drivers are irresponsible and reckless. Of all the parking garages in the city, this should be the last one you go to.

This is a worst parking garage in entire NYC. Do not park there. My car got badly damaged there by one of the workers with the damage estimate about $2,000. The garage's tactic is to tell you that they will take care of it and just make you leave peacefully. After that they just ignore you compl ...Moreetely. I have tried to get claim number from them, in order to get reimbursement, for about 6 month and it's not happening. My car insurance company also tried to get claim number from them with the same results. If you have plenty of time, which I don't, to take them to the court then may be you have a chance. What a horrible disrespect to the personal property and ignorant behavior from such a wealthy company.

This parking is located 2 blocks from Times Square and usually offers discounted parking if you print a coupon online. The coupon has to be printed, they don't accept it on your mobile device. The entrance is tiny, it fits 2 cars - one in and one out. If there are several cars waiting to get in ...More, you block one lane on the street that gets annoying to other drivers - get ready for some honking! When you are back for your car, you typically need to wait for about 15 minutes. Overall, it's like my other parking in NYC - small, dirty and arrogant. :) But I like if for their discounted parking coupons!!!
