I can't stand this place!!!!!!! Even if you pay a day over the due date, they double lock your storage bin. If you do this more than once, they assume you're going to do it every month so they continue to double lock my storage bin every month. And now I have mice in my storage room I'm paying ...More for!!!!! I can't wait to get my stuff out of here.......

Helpful people. They had a truck come to our apt to make it easier for us to move everything into storage. The only thing I would change is the hours. It would be nice to have access to our stuff all the time like some other storage units.

Extremely helpful staff. If you're looking for an economic storage place in queens this is it. 5x5x8 is $75 a 5x10x8 is 160 both with ONE FREE MONTH. They text you to remind you of payments! Never charged me a late fee. Have AUTO PAYMENTS WHICH IS GREAT. When you rent the storage you get the tr ...Moreuck and driver for FREE. The driver was great and even helped us! Which helped because we are two short girls and one guy. Kenny at the storage place is amazing! Just cleared out my storage place and was even helped with the move! -PROTECTED MY STUFF -WRAPPED MY FURNITURE -EXTREMELY NICE, FUNNY, NO COMPLAINING -Moved to Bushwick for a great price and no hassle Ray at the front desk was SO nice and accommodating.
