What a scam. I wonder if Spothero had a deal worked out as that's how i found these thieves. Reserved my space after driving around beth israel looking for parking for almost an hour. Worst day in my life as I'd gone there to see my 88 year old sweetheart mother who was recuperating. I get t ...Moreo parking garage and the attendants are nice guys but after asking you how long you'll be they NEVER say "if you stay longer you'll have to pay extra". I think, even if a garage assumes you know, they Should mention that. So i use up my 4 hours and am 20 minutes past hour as had wait for my sister to relieve me. I know.. noone cares about your sad story... i get there and the guy at cashiers window has an attitude. He asks me for payment-$50- I say I paid $35 already. He says "when did you pay that?" WHAT? ... luckily a nice Spanish guy walked by and asked if everything was OK. Proceeded to help me find my payment on phone, ring it up like the nice human being he is and charged me the extra $15. I get my keys from Mr Tude and get my car. Thank God for good people who don't antagonize others and actually try to do a job to the best of their ability. But guess what??! Never again. What a hustle..... just wish id gotten the nice guys name to give him the credit he's due. Sad when people forget how respect and kindness go a long Damn way

Outrageous prices- you won't pay what is listed on the sign. There are much cheaper options than this

I've been parking here for 5 years, morning and night staff is very friendly, quick drop off/pick up process.

This location used to be Icon Parking, where I have been a monthly customer for 4 years (and for 3 years on the East Side). Right in Lincoln Square next to the Juilliard store, it's a great location. It's been smooth sailing for the past 4 years with Icon, but SP+ recently took over within the l ...Moreast month. All downhill from here. I like to give the benefit of the doubt since it understandably takes some time for another business to take over. At the same time, SP+ has many other locations and therefore they aren't new to the parking business. It's been about a month now so I feel like I can put out a reasonable review. Comparing with my experience with Icon, the new SP+ are noticeably much less efficient. The staff often seems confused or flustered, especially if you have any inquiries. For example, I asked for their TaxID for Manhattan residents and was told that they have it but didn't know where it was (maybe only the manager has it? But I'd appreciate further direction on where I can get the info). Furthermore, upon picking up my car, they weren't sure whether or not they got my text request an hour before (though I received confirmation that they received it via text). I have also noticed that my car has been incredibly dusty since SP+ took over. I don't mean slightly, but dusty/dirty to the point where I have to wash the windows in order to see clearly! Didn't think much of it the first time, but having happened the third time, it's getting annoying. I asked about it and was given some explanation about construction and that they use a lift to park the car... I was also told that they are not parking the cars differently than how Icon did. Never got my question answered or came to a conclusion. Interesting. I hate to be a complainer, and will be looking for a different garage.
