Manager is rude and a liar. I called last week and was told uhauls are allowed to be parked overnight. I called back a few days before to verify and was told nope and the guy was extremely rude. I would not trust their websites or rates.

Overcrowded and the employees are over worked. Very nice guys for what they have to put up with. Monthlies have to call hours in advance to get your vehicle. If you need your vehicle in the morning, they make you call before 10pm (garage closes at midnight) the night before. If it's past 7pm, fo ...Morerget about even getting your car with a walk-in request that evening. Simple fix: Management needs to not have so many monthlies.

Do not park here. As I got out of my car I asked if they accepted credit cards. The parking attendant responded "of course." As I'm walking away, a couple feet away at this point, he shouts "where are your keys" I respond with "in the cup holder." I get back to the garage a couple hours later, r ...Moreeady to pay with my credit card and he says they don't accept cards. I confronted him and he claims as I was walking away he shouted "cash payment only." They are clearly trying to run some kind of scam here.

Don't park here. I was a monthly customer with a brand new car. The garage damaged my car on multiple occasions. It refused to fix it, to save the surveillance video, to give me its insurance information, or to compromise in any way. First they claimed it didn't happen there. Then, they said the ...Morey have a policy of not paying any claims, ever. This is a violation of NYS Law. When I complained, management kicked me out of the garage.

WARNING. Do not park here. I was a monthly customer. They damaged my car repeatedly to the tune of more than $2k, refused to pay even a penny or work with me in anyway, and then kicked me out. The attendant immediately dismissed me and started screaming at the top of his lungs. I was actively driving away and he was continuously banging on my car screaming at me. I've never felt more threatened in my life during that moment.
