This is the first time I used Fairprice. But it was a great experience. Initially I requested a quote on their website and got contacted by Assi within half an hour. Assi explained how they charge. It was a small move with three movers and 3-hr minimum(driving time would be doubled and the time ...Moreis counted door to door) We had an upright piano which cost a bit extra. The quote was very reasonable. On the day of the move, Jose called me when they were half an hour away. They arrived on time and the whole team (Jose, Omar and Oscar) were very friendly) we were moving from a house to an apartment, so some stuff needed to be moved to the apartment while the rest needed to be moved to the garage for storage. We didn't label everything clearly for that purpose but after we explained, they got the idea without problem and set to work. Everyone worked really hard. By the time they finished loading, it started to pour till the end of the move. Because we needed to move the piano to the apartment on the second floor, a fourth mover Isai was sent over (I think Assi missed that information during the initial phone call, but after talking over the phone, they charged me only an hour of extra pay for the fourth mover, which was not bad at all) it was indeed very hard to pull the piano upstairs. They worked super hard despite the heavy rain. Throughout the move, all four of them were very polite, worked super hard and were quite careful with all the furniture and boxes. They stuck to the quote which was always nice. I would definitely consider moving with this company again if needed. And I would definitely request this team of movers if possible - from the reviews I read here on yelp, not every team was the same!

Fantastic customer service every step of the move! Moving can be so stressful and Fairprice Movers made my move stress free. Very polite, careful, and reliable. I will definitely use them again. Finding good movers is like finding gold! This company is GOLD! :D

The following was the damage to my things: 4 lamp shades broken My dinning table was dismantled and stored in storage. It's screws are missing. My four poster bed has a piece missing. My exercise bike has a part missing. My wooden furniture was scratched. I chose this company because of th ...Moreeir competitive pricing and yelp reviews. They ended up causing a lot of bother and extra money. I would not recommend them.

Updating my review. Fairprice Movers contacted me and agreed to refund me for 1/2 hour of moving time. I think this is fair.
