Easy online renting process. Extremely clean and on a great location. When we rented our unit, the manager called and texted to make himself available, if needed. I thought this was a great personal touch in proving outstanding customer service. I'm glad we chose this location!

Had some type of moisture and mold damage to vintage guitar cases. Assistant manager saw it, took pictures and helped me file claim for the added insurance. He was great but he has not power to do anything and the district manager refuse to accept a call. I've ask a dozen times to speak to a o ...Morewner or manager. This was all 9 days ago. Since then NOTHING. Yes, renting is easy. They make it easy to get your money. If have any kind of issue it is 'totally' out of their hands and you're left to contact an insurance company which is likely some kind of front. That's what I think since I haven't been contact since filing a claim 9 days.

Doug at the front desk was very helpful and even though I didn't get a good time to do what needed to be done he was more than willing to help just before closing

Easy online process for renting a unit. The place is very clean and bright. I used to always go to the competitor, but no more. Doug and Nick are super nice and helpful. The past two visits, I've interacted With Doug more. He really is helpful. I highly recommend this place.
