This facility is fantastic. It is extremely clean and well kept. Sally at the front desk makes signing up completely seamless and will do anything to help you. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage locker.

I have no complaints about the storage facility at all. It is clean and there are many things that make it easy to move your items in and out. However, today, upon moving my things out of storage, I was treated extremely rudely by an employee who expressed disgust when my men wanted to use the ...More bathroom. I asked myself what it was that could possibly make her think there was any reason they would HARM her precious bathroom, and the only thing I could think of....and my men agree......is that their skin is brown. I am disgusted to have been a victim of what I see going on in this country now, and I believe this employee represents the evil that has crawled out from under a rock since our Presidential election. I have asked for a written apology to my men. When I receive it, I will note it on this complaint .

Poor facility management Sally the manager was so rude,it made me walk away from using this place. Looking elsewhere. It's too bad because it's close and setup is nice. Oh well glad there are other companies who want my business more than this. They should teach customer service skills!

STAY AWAY FROM EXTRA SPACE! THEY DOUBLED MY RENT AFTER SIX MONTHS! CRIMINAL FIRM. Most others that I have used would increase 10-15% after 6 months or more. This money grubbing group banks on you just saying you will stay as it is too hard to move. Reprehensible and disgusting. Plenty of others ...Moreto use.
