This is the worse storage facility you can ever rent a unit from. First off they have RATS that destroyed all of my belongings. They ate thru all of my furniture and left feces and urine on all of my things. The staff is terrible. I called and complained about this place plenty of times. I paid ...Moreto leave the facility at a 30% discount from what I owed. However their dumpster was full and I left newspapers and a few broken pieces of small wood behind because the dumpster was full and the Rat feces was everywhere. These people had the nerve to say I had to remove the rat feces infested newspapers and wood and take it with me. Unreal. I called corporate and they did not do anything about the situation. Upon leaving my unit I left the u it open so that they can see I left. The staff called me to say I left mattresses and dressers behind. That is completely false. Then they rolled over another bill of over $300 saying I am responsible for paying it. That not going to happen. I am going to sue them like no other and I'm contacting their insurance company to replace all of my things. Moral of the story. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE BOARD OF HEALTH ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT IS INHUMAN, AND IT LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE LIVE WITHIN THIS FACILITY

The worst!!!! All I cared about where my things. Everything is so jacked up inside and freezing. Holes everywhere. I finally took my things out and when I opened some boxes and bags there were rat poop and urine all over my things. Disgusting! And money wasted. Left such a bad smell on a few thi ...Morengs that I had to throw away certain cloths. So pissed! What's even worse is that they don't even provide the proper amount of employees to attend front desk as well as work the elevator for clients. Since it says (employees only ) on the elevator handle with a sign that says( for assistance call 00000000). You'll be waiting forever for someone to come. Since the building is not temperature controlled the employees are to cold to sit there all day to work the elevator for people which I completely understand which leads me to say whoever runs this place just wanted money. The place looks horrible. It's infested with everything you can imagine. There's holes throughout some of the storages floors that let you see right through to the floor below. The lights are really old turn timers that shut off fast because they do not even work properly. The building inside looks so bad including the stairway area. The elevator is so outdated and terrible that if it is left on the fifth floor you will have to walk all the way up to get it back down because it is not worked by buttons. I encountered nice staff. Two women only however after leaving the place and having to throw away a few things I felt bad for them as well for having to tolerate those work conditions and duties because someone higher than them just doesn't care for anyone but themselves and money.

Some places deserve the option of zero stars, this is definitely one of them. During covid I ended up in the hospital and was unable to return to work causing me to fall behind in storage. I informed them and they said they understood and would work with me, they didn't. I received multiple $100 ...More late fees bringing my balance to the thousands (my storage was $600 a month with insurance). When I was able to return to work my first objective was to pay my storage. I called to pay and they told me I would be auctioned in less than a month. Of course I made the payment. I went to the storage the next month to move out and to my surprise all of my items were damaged by rats! There were even dead rats in my belongings! Because they wouldn't allow me to leave the damaged items behind I could not move out because I couldn't find movers to take the rat feces and pee stained mattresses and couches, this cost me another month of storage! When I went to file my insurance claim they said because my payments fell behind the insurance was canceled so I no longer had insurance, complete nightmare and waste of ocer $10k in storage fees and lost property! If you think it can't get worse.... you've in for a surprise. I went ahead and got a uhaul to move the items myself, one staff member gave me the elevator and told me he'd be back in 45 minutes. About 10 minutes later in the middle of me loading a different staff member told me I needed to unload because other people need tge elevator. I explained to him that not only was I by myself but I was given 45 minutes. In so majy rude words he said that wasn't his problem and told me if I didn't unload my stuff he would take it with him to pick up others. He actually took my stuff! At this point my belongings could have been stolen while I sat on the 2nd floor with my other expensive belongings that I was stopped from loading up. I reloaded my storage that I was thinking I was moving out of and called corporate. I was told I'd get a call within 48 hours, it's been almost a month. So far I've received an "apology" from the manager, that's it. These pictures aren't even 10% of the damage!

Called a day before coming to confirm what time they are open. Said at 8. In real they came at 8.05 and just open gates. When I came finally to open office,they told me we just came and need another 10-15 minutes. Why they not coming before and didn't set up till 8? They got paid from 8,right? S ...Moreo management should review they paychecks and start do not overpay them at least 6 hours a week.

Don't do it, no matter how cheap. The inside of this place looks like an abandoned nyc subway. Guaranteed to be rat infested. I booked online and after I took a look at the place, wanted a refund.
