I'm beyond disgusted with my experience at this storage facility. When I went to move my items out after being in storage there for about 7 months, everything was covered in bird feces and there were live bugs coming out of my furniture. I lost money by renting a unit here...the $400+ I paid i ...Moren rent, plus the value of my items as everything had to be thrown away. Run far far away from this place. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This place in Edison on Oak Tree Rd is totally disgusting! I wish I would have read REAL reviews on this place before renting. Once the movers arrived to pick up our furniture they found live mice, mice feces, and dead mice with body fluids all over my three couches. They had to put all 3 in the ...More dumpster after my father in law took many pictures. Along with mass rodents, the ceiling materials (something they spray) came down all over my things. It was gross! After putting the items in the dumpster they had the nerve to call/yell at us and tell us to rent a Uhaul and come get the couches and put them in another dumpster because it is now too full! Are you kidding me???? Run!

Rent prices have been jacked up yearly since I started renting and are now nearly double what they were when I got the unit a few years ago. I recommend looking elsewhere for your self storage needs.

The storage itself is fine, and service is usually good but the pricing (which I assume comes from corporate) is actually insane. Within 2-3 years, your rate ends up being double what it was when you started. The deals they offer are only for new customers. They should have retention deals or de ...Moreals for customers who rent there for a certain length of time or who commit to renting there a certain length of time.

i have been renting from this place for 5 years..... 5 years......absolutely horrible service and it gets worse as time goes on......tina is horrible ..... first, the charges increase seems like every 6 months ..... than, my unit was just auctioned off without any notice.. it was way better ... ...More.. when the other guy ran the facility..... he would make sure to reach out to you, if there was an issue.....not tina..... all she said is we sent a letter....which i did not receive.... no phone call.... no email...... all of my deceased mother's things auctioned off.....
