I wish I could give them zero stars, I went there to rent a storage spot and the facility was horribly dirty. I walked into the office and no one greeted me, I'm not even sure of the employees names. The employee who I will call woman because again she did not introduce herself she didn't have a ...More name tag or uniform, walked me to the unit with out saying a word to me, when we got to the Unit I said it wouldn't work so she showed me another that would work, when we got back to the office she told me that unit was already rented, I. Can believe that they showed me something I couldn't have, after realizing that u would not rent they took 10 minutes to find out if any other locations of theirs could help, and they legitimately asked me if I would like to go to Hazlet or Edison??? Are you serious!!! After another ten minutes they found a spot in Union and when I asked if they could help me get my first month free they handed me the phone and said "knock your socks off" I will never suggest this place to anyone. I wanted to shout from the roof tops don't rent her, they were rude and unhelpful.

zero stars! items stolen from unit by employees. If you want to have your belonging secured and for the employees and manager to care about your business and the security of your items please do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Other locations are fine as I rented in multiple as I was ...Morerelocating this one is by far the worse one. I made a police report and did an insurance claim but that's not good enough as the item stole had sentimental value, besides that it cost over $1500 they and specially the " manager" conveniently had the camera pointing a different way that was not recording where my unit was when they tried to get video tape of the incident nothing was there I had a gut feeling when I was putting my expensive item there as one was hovering over the unit trying to see what we put there. All I can say is save your self the aggregation! Go somewhere else, even if it's he same company just another location, I went to Harrison and they person there whom I believe was the manager was very helpful and had the unit for over a year (different sizes ) and never had an issue

This is how much they care for their customers, no one try to contact me to see what was the issue, of Course not specially if the manager knows exactly what's going on! Thief's!!

Don't use any of their facilities. It's a scam. They will rob your eyes out! They raise the rent every 6 - 9 months! We found other facilities that charge half the price for the same amount of space and no rent increases.
